A little studio piece I finally finished up. 5″x7″

I decided after some consultation to add in some smaller details to the foreground. I think it looks a little more “present” this way.

These are from an open figure drawing session last fall. We started with short gestures and ended on a short long pose, probably about 30 minutes. Models with some largesse are always fun to draw.

I just finished filling up a sketchbook and thought I’d start posting some images from it, now that I’m out of school and have a little more time.

This is a pencil and ink drawing on toned paper with white charcoal.
